LEX Engineering Division
The LEX Oil Conditioning System (LEX-OCS) is a stationary, maintenance-free system that removes both free and dissolved moisture from the oil while reconditioning the oil on line. This economical and easy-to-use system extend the life of insulation oil and also the life of the cellulose insulating materials over a period of time by reducing the moisture in paper via oil, paper, and temperature-moisture dynamics. It does this while the transformer remains in service.

LEX EVERDRY has been developed to maintain oil in dry condition while the oil is being stored.

Our mission is to provide high quality reliable components and services to the electrical industry. Our staff has over 70 years of experience in the power transformer industry, and we have a worldwide knowledge base of quality suppliers in this industry. Zenith Transformer Components LLC is dedicated to supplying high quality components to both the OEM and end user markets. We will continue to add new products to our offering as the need for those items arise.

Currently we are offering the following products and services: Transformer radiator valves, Transformer Cooling Fans, Silica Gel Breathers, Temperature Gages and Thermal upgrades. These products form the core of the components business. These products are manufactured by Zenith Transformer Components or sourced by us from quality suppliers.
