Zenith Transformer Components, LLC carries the complete line of CEDASPE Transformer Components. The products include bulk bushings, silica gel breathers, temperature gauges, oil level gauges, Buchholtz relays, and more. We are stocking the mechanical valve silica gel breathers in several sizes. We also furnish bulk silica gel in 1, 3, 5, and 25 kilogram packages. We carry both the blue and yellow beaded indicating silica gels.

RADIATORS/Heat Exchangers: Zenith Transformer Components, LLC furnishes radiators from HiTech Radiators of India and Sinjungwoo of Korea. Between these two high quality manufacturers, we can supply your needs for new and replacement radiators. We can furnish panel radiators in a variety of widths and configurations. We can supply painted, zinc spray/painted, hot dip galvanized, and hot dip galvanized/painted steel radiators. We can also furnish stainless steel radiators for special applications. In addition to the radiators, we also furnish heat exchangers from Sinjungwoo. These can be water/oil coolers or air/oil coolers for transformers.

Thermal upgrades: With our product line, we are able to offer all the components necessary for you to upgrade the performance of your transformer. In some cases, you may be able to get up to 30 percent more MVA out of your transformer with the addition of our cooling package. We are capable of analyzing your transformers and give you recommendations on performance improvements. Utilize our dual speed fans for those instances where you experience overload situations and you can potentially get up to 15 percent more MVA out of your transformer.

Cooling Fans: Zenith Transformer Components is manufacturing a complete line of transformer cooling fans. We offer the new and unique dual speed fans for those situations where you need the extra cooling performance. You can maintain your low noise operation for normal conditions, and still get increased performance in those cases where the transformer may get overloaded and you need the increased cooling.

Zenith Transformer Components also offers quick-disconnect boxes to facilitate the installation of transformer fans.

Silica Gel Breathers: Silca gel breathers have a capacity from ¼ kilogram to 15 kilograms. We stock these with mechanical valves which minimizes the gels exposure to the atmosphere.

We can also supply you with silica gel for your needs.

Gauges: These remote temperature gauges come with three or four electrical contacts and are designed to easily replace the original equipment components. We also have pressure-vacuum gauges.
